Well the time has come again where we all flip the heck out over Lilly going on sale (YAYYY!!) Every 6 months the sale comes along and we have our lists in hand and we are ready to shop! Every APS I put out a post to show you guys what my top choices are as well as let you all know how everything fits me! ! During the sale I try and get some of my favorite things: Ophelias, Popovers, Elsas, Kristens, GWPs, etc. These are styles that Lilly almost always has and comes out with new prints.

Sale details: Sale starts IN STORE on January 4th-January 5th and ONLINE at 8am Monday January 6th-7th. There is no secret to getting online first…I have tried everything believe me. My strategy is I open up all my computers and all the browsers because you can get online on multiple browsers. I usually just go to Lilly’s website around 7 and I just let my computers sit because at 8 they will refresh themselves and put you in the virtual line…DO NOT REFRESH. Just let them do their thing….and each browser and computer you will be in a totally different spot in line. On one of my browsers I got in right away and another which was open at the same time, I waited 2 hours. The reason I have so many open is because I check out 1-2 things at a time…things in your cart ARE NOT HELD. You need to check out within a minute or 2 because the items are most likely to be long gone, especially the good stuff.
What to do before the sale: Read this post…hehe.
- Make sure you have an account on Lilly’s website and you add your credit cards, this makes for a speedy checkout so you get the items you want!
- Find things you really want and make a list. Number it by whats most important to you. Get that thing first!
- Find out your size, on Lilly’s website they have a size guide which is helpful!
In the Q&A a lot of you asked what exactly everything will cost and it ranges! Also every year it is different but I would say everything is 30-50% off! They also add GWPs for sale so if you wanted the suitcase or any other GWP that came out now is your chance!
Everything on sale is everything from August-November. Items that were popular and sold out will NOT be included.
I worked for Lilly and this will be by 10th APS I have shopped. I am a seasoned professional and I promise you these tips will help you get what you are looking for!
This is supposed to be FUN!!! Don’t stress out about it. If you don’t get what you want I would call signature stores and see of they have the item! XL and L always sell out first so be prepared for that as well!
EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE!! You can not return anything bought during the sale. Things can take 8 WEEKS to ship…keep that in mind.
I am almost ALWAYS an XL in Lilly, but I do wear a L in Popovers. I can not fit into any shorts or pants besides Georgia Mays. I do like Madison Skorts but that is the only fit that I can wear, and I am talking on the boat and beach they are a little too short on me to wear in public. Since this sale is going into fall/winter I like to get sweaters and tops. Things that in NJ/PA that I can wear and mix and match with jeans and scarves.
Okay now to the fun stuff! These are some items that will be on the sale and items that I love and know fit well!
