Well the time has come again where we all flip the heck out over Lilly going on sale (YAYYY!!) Every 6 months the sale comes along and we have our lists in hand and we are ready to shop! Every APS I put out a post to show you guys what my top choices are as well as let you all know how everything fits me! I didn’t love a lot of the releases from September-November to be honest…but the things I did love I tried on and took photos and I think they are 100% worth buying!! During the sale I try and get some of my favorite things: Ophelias, Popovers, Elsas, Tristans, Ettas, etc. These are styles that Lilly almost always has and comes out with new prints.

I am almost ALWAYS an XL in Lilly, but I do wear a L in Popovers. I can not fit into any shorts or pants besides Georgia Mays which I am pretty sure none are out right now so I stay away from bottoms. I do like Madison Skorts but that is the only fit that I can wear, and I am talking on the boat and beach they are a little too short on me to wear in public. Since this sale is in the winter I like to get sweaters and tops. Things that in NJ/PA (weird to say) that I can wear and mix and match with jeans and scarves.
I do not know exactly how much things are but I have a good idea: Popovers range from $50-70, Ophelias range from $60-90, Elsas $50-70. Everything depends on the print, if it was a popular print they are going to charge more.
Sale details: Sale starts IN STORE on January 5th-January 6th and ONLINE at 8am Monday January 7th-8th. There is no secret to getting online first…I have tried everything believe me. My strategy is I open up all my computers and all the browsers because you can get online on multiple browsers and I usually just go to Lillys website around 7 and I just let my computers sit because at 8 they will refresh themselves and put you in the virtual line…DO NOT REFRESH. Just let them do their thing….and each browser and computer you will be in a totally different spot in line…one of my browsers I got in right away and another which was open at the same time I waited 2 hours. The reason I have so many open is because I check out 1-2 things at a time…things in your cart ARE NOT HELD. You need to check out within a minute or 2 because the items are most likely to be long gone, especially the good stuff.
What to do before the sale: Read this post…hehe. Find things you really want and make a list. Number it by whats most important to you. Get that thing first! Also find out your size, on Lilly’s website they have a size guide which is helpful! Next make sure you have an account on Lilly’s website and you add your credit cards, this makes for a speedy checkout so you get the items you want!
